Consumer Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers personal information about customers who obtain consumer products from Commercial Leasing & Financing Great Energy Capital, Inc. for personal, family, or household purposes. This policy is provided to you as required by federal law. Although this notice does not apply to business and commercial accounts, safeguarding our business and commercial customers’ information is very important, and we take steps to protect such information. This privacy notice does not apply to any credit card account relationship you may have with us. If you have a consumer credit card account relationship with us, you will receive a separate notice applicable to that account. Except as described below or as permitted by law, we do not disclose personal information about our customers or former customers.

OPT-OUT

You do not need to opt-out of information sharing as a result of this privacy policy. Since we have restricted the circumstances under which your personal information can be disclosed, no further action is required on your part.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

In line with the Great Energy Capital privacy policy, we request that you provide certain information when purchasing travel or using certain personalized services. You agree that any information you provide will be accurate, and you will not submit false or misleading information. We will use this information in accordance with our privacy policy. For certain services, we may issue you a pass code. This pass code is proprietary to and the property of Great Energy Capital. You must take steps to ensure the security of your pass code. Great Energy Capital is not responsible for any damage if another person gains access to your pass code or uses it to cause harm to you.

While Great Energy Capital takes reasonable measures to protect your private information and prevent unauthorized access, we cannot be held responsible for actions of those who gain unauthorized access. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our ability to prevent unauthorized access to your private information. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREAT ENERGY CAPITAL OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH A THIRD PARTY’S UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER GREAT ENERGY CAPITAL HAD ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

COMMUNICATIONS

Great Energy Capital will not treat any communications you send to us via electronic mail or otherwise as confidential. We have no obligation to avoid publishing, reproducing, or otherwise using your communications in any way or for any purpose.

Great Energy Capital does not accept or consider unsolicited proposals related to its business, including but not limited to proposals for advertising campaigns, logos, names, processes, products, promotions, services, slogans, or technologies. We ask that you do not send such proposals. Additionally, please refrain from sending original creative artwork, blueprints, demonstrations, designs, layouts, photographs, or samples. This policy is in place to prevent claims that we have copied unsolicited ideas without authorization, when we may have developed the idea independently or before receiving the unsolicited proposal. If you send us unsolicited proposals, you understand that Great Energy Capital may use any concepts, ideas, inventions, know-how, or techniques disclosed in those communications for any purpose, including the development, manufacturing, and/or marketing of goods, products, or services, without any obligation to compensate you for such use.

OTHER TERMS

This Agreement represents the complete agreement governing your access to, interactions with, and use of the Site. Separate agreements may apply to any goods, products, or services you obtain, purchase, or use from the Site. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any specific agreement related to goods, products, or services obtained, purchased, or used from the Site, the terms of the specific agreement will take precedence.

Failure by Great Energy Capital to enforce any rights under this Agreement does not waive our right to assert those or any other rights at any future time or against any other person or entity. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
